Kash is a Psychologist with 20 years of diverse experience in the field of business psychology, including training, organisational consulting, program development, counselling and the management of professional health teams. Kash has expertise in Critical Incident Management (FIFO, Off-shore and locally based), Employee Assistance Programs, manager support services and mental health services.
Kash holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, and a double major in Training Development & Change Facilitation. Kash is trained as an internal auditor with compliance to RABQSA-AU and Workplace Health & Safety Officer (WHSO) Stage 1 - Griffith University, 1992. Kash is also a trained Mediator. He has successfully developed Quality Management Systems for EAPs compliant to ISO9001:2008.
Kash also holds specialist consultancy experience in the review of large-scale counselling and Critical Incident Management programs and Peer Support Programs.
Kash has extensive experience in developing and providing training/education sessions across a range of personal and interpersonal effectiveness arenas. Example programs include: “Employee Wellbeing; Managing difficult situations and people; Managing Self-harm and Suicidal Behaviours in the Workplace; Stress and Change Resilience; Helping Managers deal with distressed staff; Self-Care; Performance Management & Feedback; Communication Skills; Work-Life Balance; Managing Trauma & Critical Incidents”.
