Hunter Morgan received his Ph.D. from Nanyang Business School here in Singapore. Emerging from academia, he is dedicated to a career that utilizes his research skills to help individuals and teams develop and work more effectively across cultural and technological barriers. When he first joined Grab was managing programs for onboarding, and shortly after he also began to develop and manage employer branding across the region. Now he is leading the charge for data by starting the people analytics function at Grab. His face is a bit furry but he is very warm and happy to chat about data, analytics, programs, and employer branding.
