I enjoy interacting with both the Board and with union representatives, and managing the design and implementation of change programs that drive the achievement of business objectives.
I have led both consulting and product businesses at regional level, where I have successfully implemented new business strategies, incorporating changes to the customer value proposition, the talent strategy and the business processes. In addition, I completed acquisitions and managed the process from due diligence to integration.
