Rozie has a Master’s degree in Human Resources, BA (Hons) in Administrative Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development, Diploma in Compensation and Benefits and also Advanced Certificate Training Assessment (ACTA). She over 16 years’ experience in leading and managing departments in Human Resource, Information Technology and Administration in MNCs, SMEs and Non-Profit organisations.
She plays key roles in supporting senior management teams in strategic, change- management and oversight roles on operational matters. She displays HR advisory roles on all human capital matters. She spearheads organizational development and sustaining organizational capabilities for companies. She works closely with senior management to strengthen employee engagement, and to build a strong organizational culture grounded on company values. She designs long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business objectives.
Over the years she acts as internal consultant and business partner, setting up new departments of Human Resources and IT & Administration. She has undertaken multiple HR projects of re-engineering to attract, motivate, develop and retain employees. Areas of development include staff satisfaction survey, salary and benefits benchmarking and other best practices. She develops salary structure and grading system, develops integrated performance management system (IPMS) that link to staff development: learning and development, career management, talent development and succession planning. She also develops Total Rewards System and tools for HODs to monitor and track staff development progression, budget utilization and cost-savings through various grants.
She is instrumental in acquiring, migrating and implementing web-based-paperless Human Resource Information System (HRIS) from manually-tedious system.
